SouthSERVICES

We meet the needs of passengers at all touchpoints in an airport.
Lost & found (World tracer): In case of lost luggage, we take care of resolving the incident as quickly as possible.
Special services such as unaccompanied minors, passengers with reduced mobility, large families, or residents of the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla (RESI).

Baggage sorting and assistance.
- We handle an average of 52 million pieces of luggage per year.
- Our qualified staff sorts luggage so that it can be loaded safely onto the aircraft.
- We serve passengers with other baggage delivered at the foot of the plane, such as strollers, wheelchairs, sports equipment, or pets, among others.
- We transfer the suitcases to the planes.
At South, we provide ramp assistance services such as aircraft pushing and towing.
- We have a fleet of more than 8,000 ground vehicles driven by qualified personnel.
De-icing operations.
- We have a de-icing/anti-icing system for aircraft on the ground that guarantees safe operations.
- Within South's national network, we de-ice 16 airports, with Madrid being the most notable, with an average of 1,000 to 1,200 de-icing operations per year.

At South, we offer our clients the opportunity to rely on trained and committed personnel 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, providing solutions based on our extensive experience and with agile execution tailored to the needs of their business.
To this end, we maintain direct contact with local authorities (AENA, Security) as well as suppliers (maintenance, cleaning, catering).
We oversee procedures, reports, and incidents; manage load sheets, assist crews, and perform other activities necessary to facilitate aircraft takeoff and landing.

We handle cargo and mail following the instructions in each client company's Ground Operations Manual, ensuring proper handling of the cargo and meeting the necessary operational and airport safety and security requirements.
We handle an average of 4,500 tons of mail per year.
We offer solutions to the needs of air cargo in the handling of dangerous and/or perishable goods.
For all this, we have the ground equipment to handle any cargo aircraft.
